Because our products are food, we follow a careful returns policy.

Our policy

  • For reasons of hygiene and food safety, opened or consumed products cannot be returned.
  • If an item arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order ID and photos of the package and product.
  • We will review each case and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or a refund.

How to raise an issue

Contact us through the contact page with your order ID and photos. We aim to respond on working days, Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM–6:30 PM IST.
