1. About our products

Our foods are made in small batches by regional producers in the Eastern Himalayas. Natural variation in colour, aroma and texture can occur between batches. For full product details — net quantity, ingredients, best-before date and producer information — please refer to the label of the specific product.

2. Pricing & payments

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). Payments are processed securely through Razorpay (UPI, debit card, credit card, netbanking), and Cash on Delivery (COD) is available where offered. Where COD is used, an order may be confirmed by phone or message before dispatch.

3. Ordering & availability

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order if the product is unavailable, if price or stock information is incorrect, or if we cannot verify the order details.
