We want you to know exactly what you are buying. That is why we publish what we genuinely know about our products, and are equally clear about what we are still confirming.
What this standard means for you
- We describe ingredients and processes only when they are known to us.
- We do not use words like “organic”, “wild”, “pure” or “chemical-free”, and we do not show certifications, awards or lab reports, unless they are real and supported.
- We mark anything we still need to verify as such, rather than guessing.
- Every product page lists what we know, and invites you to ask about the rest.
Food information on our labels
As packaged food, each product carries the information required by law. We are in the process of completing the full set of label details — net quantity, MRP, ingredients, best-before date, batch information, and manufacturer, packer and marketer details — for every product, and will make sure each listing reflects the final label.
